A business consultant by the name of Howard goes viral on the net when he was spotted in outrageous skin-tight garments and heels.
65-year-old Howard has been seen several times at various airports in the U.S. and was documented in both sneaky photos and open videos, both uploaded onto the web.
Photos of the grey-haired man appeared on several websites. He often agrees to pose for snapshots asked by other travellers.
In an interview with San Francisco Chronicle, Howard quips that he dresses in women's underwear and heels to make his business trips more fun.

While some may find it weird or even uncomfortable to sit beside a blatant cross-dresser on a long-haul flight, Howard responded that "it has never been my intent to put people in a situation where they feel uncomfortable."
"I try to respect other people's opinions. As long as my dress is not indecent from a legal perspective, and so long as the airline does not object, I have the right to wear what I wear. And others have the right to wear what they want to wear," Howard told the same paper.
His abominable dressing sparked a debate when a 20-year-old student was removed from a flight for his baggy pants. Deshon Marman, a University of New Mexico football player was singled out by a US Airways employee and was ordered off.
Marman had baggy pants only because his hands were full and were not able to pull up his pants as he boarded the plane. He later pulled it up when he was in his seat.
He pleaded his case and stayed on the plane but was later arrested for suspicion of trespassing, battery and resisting arrest. US Airways clarified that Marman was arrested not because of his clothing but because he refused the airline staff's request.
The African-American felt that he was subjected to racial profiling and is considering suing the airline.
However, the gaudy-dressing Howard did not violate the airline's dress codes and was allowed on board unlike Marman. However, passengers on board US Airways did make complaints but were ignored by the staff.
